Besides helping you stay immune from dehydration, water intake will save you from constipation as well. Not to forget the fact that water facilitates in several other bodily functions. There are some individuals out there who claim that milk intake can promote breast milk production in mothers. That being said, these claims do not have any kind of scientific backing as yet. Fresh juice can be very helpful as well in producing more breast milk.

Reduce Stress

It has been observed that excessive stress can hamper breast milk production, which is why one needs to curb the stress producing factors from their lives. Living in a stress free environment can be hugely beneficial in helping one promote more breast milk, and also to safeguard one from other dreadful ailments associated with increased stress. As much as possible, avoid unnecessary household chores and relax as often as you can.

Breast Massage
