Relieve Headaches with this 8 Healthy Foods

Headache is a symptom of a number of physical and mental imbalance. These headaches can affect anyone, be it men, women, children, adolescents and adults.

There are various types of headaches with different levels. But one thing in common is the coming of a headache making all forms activity becomes disturbed.

Typically, most of us usually take anti-pain medications, such as paracetamol to relieve headache. In fact, there are actually alternatives to drugs that can help with headaches. Some foods and liquids is believed to help expel the pain in the head. Here are eight of them:

Bananas
