Be careful with Hypertension

Impaired heart and blood vessels that are considered as the number one killer in Indonesia have often originated from hypertension or high blood pressure. Therefore, hypertension should be avoided.

Statistics show that 3 out of 10 people suffering from hypertension Indonesia. Hypertension is included in the disease which kills silently (the silent disease) because people generally do not realize they get their blood pressure checked hypertension before.
