Dessert or Glass of Wine?

Wine many experts recommended to prevent various diseases provided that not consumed in excess. In developed countries wine has become part of everyday beverages and mixed with food. But if you are asked to choose between a sweet dessert with a glass of wine extra, you better choose the first.

Although sweet and fatty foods are not recommended, but you should limit consumption of wine is no more than one drink per day.
